Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please email us at info@turquoisespur.com so we can assist with filing a claim. Shipping carriers require packages to be in transit for a period of time before a claim can be filed. If your package cannot be located after the investigation, we will reship your items if available or issue store credit.
Important Notes
- We are not responsible for stolen packages. Once a package is marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier directly.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers and do not refund shipping costs if delivery timelines are not met.
